Outstanding Job
“Recently, I contracted with your company to have a Mitsubishi heat pump system installed at my house. I wanted to drop a note to you regarding the outstanding work that Dan did while installing the system.
Over the years 1 have hired many contractors to do a variety of jobs at our houses. It seems these days it has become increasingly hard to find people that have not only a solid work ethic but also a commitment to detail and doing things the right way. It became immediately apparent to me that Dan is one of those rare people that not only knows and cares how to do things the right way, but he also has an excellent work ethic. Dan seemed to never take a break or stop working for the entire three days he was here. He was meticulous in his installation and the job turned out great. He was very polite, made sure everything was clean before and after he was done and even put up with my dogs.
