Maintenance Agreements

To insure maximum efficiency of your air conditioning and heating

system, it should be periodically serviced. The maintenance

agreement entitles the consumer to one or two service inspections during a twelve month period. One inspection is in the Spring to

service the air conditioning unit and one inspection in the Fall to

service the furnace. Inspections are performed by our EPA and NATE certified technicians.

Maintenance Agreement customers will be notified when inspections are due. We can schedule at a time that is convenient for you.
